Operations Manager – Multi-Site Insurance Agency Platform
Base Salary $65,000–$75,000 + Incentive Compensation (Total potential $100K+ Uncapped)Relocation package negotiable for the right candidate. 
Position Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and scale a multi-site, multi-state insurance agency platform. This role oversees operations, performance, and culture across all offices, driving measurable policy and premium growth while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in managing people, improving processes, and delivering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth Lead both locations toward measurable growth in policies, premiums, and profitability.
 - Lead & Empower Build strong leadership across teams through clear direction, accountability, and regular coaching.
 - Communication Maintain open, transparent communication using Bloom Growth and technology-based systems for alignment and efficiency.
 - Standardize Processes Create and document repeatable workflows to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
 - Training & Development Invest in people through cross-training, mentoring, and performance feedback.
 - Resource & Performance Management Manage budgets, payroll, KPIs, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency.
 - Quality & Compliance Maintain high-quality standards and compliance across all operations and staff.
 - Employee Engagement Foster a positive, performance-driven culture that recognizes and rewards excellence.
 - Continuous Improvement Identify and implement strategies to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and team morale.
 - On-Site Leadership Conduct regular visits between sites to strengthen alignment, communication, and operational excellence.
 
Performance Expectations
- Minimum $20,000 in annual life premium and 20 applications.
 - $250,000 in fixed deferred annuity funds.
 - Schedule a minimum of 12 pre-screened investment planning appointments annually for the agent owner.
 - Establish and monitor KPIs for growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
 
What You Bring
- Proven success in multi-site operations management or similar leadership roles in insurance or financial services.
 - Strong communication, delegation, and organizational skills.
 - Demonstrated ability to develop talent and lead teams toward measurable results.
 - A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
 
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of State Farm Experience Required
 - 2-3 years Leadership Experience Required
 - Bachelor's Degree Preferred
 - 2-3 years minimum of Insurance Experience with Proven Track Record
 - Required P/C and L/H Licenses
 - Must have and/or Must be able to Attain 6, 63 and 65 and/or SIE Licenses
