"We are truly sorry to hear how frustrated and disappointed you are with the outcome of your claim. We understand that experiencing damage to your home is stressful, and receiving a claim decision you disagree with can make an already difficult situation even more upsetting.

We do want to respectfully clarify the role of our agency in the claims process. Our office is here to serve our customers, help facilitate communication, and advocate on their behalf when concerns arise. However, insurance agents and their staff do not have the authority to approve, deny, or overturn claims. Claim decisions are made through the claims process based on the facts and circumstances of the loss, the applicable policy provisions and coverage, and the information obtained during the claim investigation.

While we understand that you strongly disagree with the decision, our agency has advocated on your behalf and will continue to assist where we appropriately can.
